My youngest sister got into a car accident a couple weeks ago, in which she was at fault. There was small damage to her car and a little bit of damage on the other driver's car. Her car and insurance is under our father's name, but he did not put her name on the insurance...So the insurance company will not pay for the damage on either cars.
