Question by Stephen S: Car Was Rear Ended Yesterday And Geico Wants 30 Days To "Investigate"?
OK - I Was getting on The Freeway on the way Home from work yesterday and my car was rear ended by a young woman who was busy texting. Nobody was hurt and the police gave her a citation for following to closely.
My commute is 45 miles and I don't have any other options for getting back and forth to work. I have sent the police report (That shows the other driver was at fault) and called Geico (Her
