Question by Naughty ♥Angel♥ Mommy2B!: Do I have to have my permanent license plates in order to get my brand new vehicle inspected?
I just bought the car last Saturday, and it has temporary license plates which I have 20 days to update. I just got a letter in the mail from my insurance that I MUST get it inspected ASAP. Can it be inspected without permanent license plates in NY state?
