What all do I need to include into my monthly budget plan?

Question by Dorothy Rose: What all do I need to include into my monthly budget plan?
I got into a bad situation last month and found I was short money and had to let some of my bills go a month late, which is not something I want to be known for doing. I am now drawing up a monthly budget plan and I have the obvious stuff listed, but I feel I may be missing some things, will you please look over my list and add to it anything that you notice I am leaving out.
