Question by edinborocollege: I live in PA and I purchased a used car from NY private dealer with copied title..?
the private dealer gave me the copy of the title of the car and bill of sale. The photo copied title for the car was right. But he sad he is not the origin owner, and that previous owner sent the title to dmv and it will take 3~4 weeks to get the title from dmv. and if the guy(seller) get the title from dmv, he said he will send the title to me.
