How to I get hold of proof of no claims discount?

Question by I'm BAD@SS 2 (backup): How to I get hold of proof of no claims discount?
I haven't made any claims in the year iv been with tesco car insurance, therefore I want proof of this to show my next insurance company. will I have to ring them?

loads of insurance companies are saying I need to send written proof?
