Used car question?

Ok so I plan on buying a used car. other than the actual price of the car and insurance, what else am i looking at paying. tax, title, etc. Also is there a way to figure out how much this extra stuff will cost me? Also, will the price/amount of extras be different from a private party as compared to a dealer? Thanks.
I have my financing figured out in the way of my insurance and car payments. I'm just trying to figure out what else I have to pay for
