Question by 0903: Does this constitute my family to be poor?
My dad is an assistant super. He makes 22K a year (being right on the poverty line I believe) with the rent, electricity, water--all of that stuff covered. But we pay phones, cable, internet, car insurance, food obviously. We get free health insurance because of our income. My financial aid EFC was 0. Our car is old, used at 2K. We have a 2 bedroom apartment that's actually pretty decent. My mom nannies
