Is there a travel insurance policy that includes CDW?

Question by bty265507: Is there a travel insurance policy that includes CDW?
Previously I have purchased annual travel insurance that also covered me for collision damage waiver for car hire. This was when I was still living in Australia - are there UK policies that also cover CDW? I know there are specific car hire insurances that you can purchase like icarhireinsurance, but I don't mean these.

The only policy I can find so far is American Express, but it's a bit pricey.
