What auto insurance company can give me a policy if i dont have a license yet?

Question by JuliaM: What auto insurance company can give me a policy if i dont have a license yet?
I bought a car but i need an insurance for it.
Im an international student here in Florida and I have a driver's license from another country and an international permit. Im getting a florida driver's license soon however, can i get an insurance while i dont have a license yet? I need to pick up my car soon so I need an insurance and i dont think i can get my license fast enough
