Name to put on car title Help?

Question by nick i need help: Name to put on car title Help?
I'm 18 male, I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I live with my parents. I currently do not have a drivers license, or insurance. I'm going to be getting a car very soon. If I get added to their insurance it's 0. If I have my own account with my name on the title it's 0, literally twice as much. Can I put on the title something like this Steve Smith or Nick Smith?? That way my name is on the title, and so is my dad's
