So I'm trying a new budget, but I need some advice and tips. In what order should I pay my bills? I want to pay the most important bills first.

I have the basic utilities:
Gas
Water
Electric/Light

Mortgage
----------------
Car Note
----------------
Car Insurance
-----------------
Phone & internet are tied together

Cell phone
