Question by no_more_lookin_back_jckb: How much is my daughters accident claim worth?
Jan 29th my 5yr daughter and I were on our way home to catch her bus after taking my two younger children to daycare. We were going about 45mph when a teenage driver pull out in front of my car. I tried to avoid and swerved but couldnt and still hit his car. He was charged in the accident. My daughter was unconsious oon impact. She suffered a head concussion.
