Could someone help me out with a good budget? I am very fortunate to have extremely low expenses but I know I am being careless with my money because I feel like I never have any! I am always buying.... I have a weakness for clothes, shoes, etc. I'm an emotional spender. :(
Here's the break down:

Take home pay is around 60 a month.

Set Expenses:
162.50 - rent
130.50 - utilities/cable
95.00 - cell
100/month-
