I am stationed in Florida with the Coast Guard, my car is registered in California(place of enlistment) with my mom as the title holder (insurance is 200$ cheaper a month), but I want to register the car in Florida. I am a florida state resident now. How can I get the car registered in Florida, would adding my name to the title or something work, im trying to avoid taking
