What would be the best and cheapest type of car and car insurance to get for someone who just received their license?
Would it be cheaper to add onto my mothers plan, her insurance is really low. All the quotes i've gotten all show well over 2500-3000$, so would it be cheaper just to add on?
If I add on to hers, won't I still be considered a new driver if I ever switch to my own? I
