Figuring in these items:
disposable diapers (and which are the best bang for the buck?)
baby shampoo
baby lotion
diaper cream
food for breast feeding mom (food on a budget, no eating out etc)
toiletries for mom (i.e. cheap shampoo / conditioner, toilet paper, maxi pads, nursing pads etc)

Do not figure in:
medical expenses
rent, utilites
car payments / repairs / insurance / gas
clothes,
