In an interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos, President Obama "absolutely rejects the notion" that the government forcing all people to buy health insurance or face a fine is not a tax. The President argues that it's the same as car insurance required by most states. If you choose to own a car AND exercise your driving privilege, you are required to buy car insurance.
