Question by superman: Does the Insurance Company notify the DMV @ the time you buy insurance after registering your car?
Heres my question:
I registered a car i bought on the 2/16 w/ transfered title to my name and paid the fees, the guy never asked me for insurance information. The next day 2/17 i went down to buy insurance at a state farm agent and paid for it, got the temporary slip to allow me to drive. Did i have to report to the dmv that i bought insurance?
