Question by newcastle: How do I budget? I have difficulty balancing out my check book &?
breaking up my pay to pay for 2 credit cards (300.00 each) my rent is 1150.00 my car insurance is 350.00 my cell phone is 100.00 and my electric bill is 80.00. One of you organize and great at this please help me. I Appreciate it. I'm tired of always being broke and being late with my payments.
