Question by aqua_diente: Florida law - Florida license, no car, so no insurance?
If someone with a Fl driver's license who doesn't have a car so doesn't have car insurance is involved in a car accident while driving someone else's car. Does the car owner's insurance cover the uninsured driver?

Answer by David NMost policies cover a casual driver. But the person who loaned the car will be asked some tough questions by their insurance company.
