Question by : Who is at fault for this accident?
There are 2 lanes making a right hand turn, I was on in the lane towards the center. I was making this right hand turn that led to the highway ramp that goes 95 south and the other one going 95 north. I was in the lane heading towards the 95 south ramp. As I was making the turn i was than jolted and the car in the lane to the right hit the side of my car. His front corner, left bumper but a huge dent and side mark on the passenger side of my
