Question by JD: Cheap Car Insurance for young drivers?
My younger brother is 18 and he has had his UK drivers licence for 5 months (he was 18 when he passed) but he has not driven since he passed his test simply because he can't afford insurance. When I passed at 18 I paid £500 on our mothers insurance and that was considered expensive but the cheapest he has found is £1029 With the co op. Can anyone help him because he really deserves it, anywhere cheaper would be ideal.
