Question by : Can you Drive a Rental Car if its under your insurance but not signed by you?
So my dad took my car down to Florida and he crashed it into a deer, so he had to get a rental car. the rental car is covered by my insurance for 2 weeks. But my dad signed for it. Hes back from Florida and i still have no car but have the rental car. Am i allowed to drive it even though i didn't sign for it but it is covered under my insurance?
