Question by the_greatone: Buying a vehicle in another state than of which you live in....?
I live in NY, and i am buying a car in PA. First, my insurance agent is getting the proof of purchase so i can get a new insurance card (a transfer, i have time left on my policy). Then i take to PA the proof of insurance so they can put a registration on it.....but a PA registration is no good in NY obviously, and i'm being billed 7.50 on the car price for registration. Am i going to be
