Question by RandomGuyinyourkitchen: I just bought a used vehicle in florida?
I need to transport it to my home 2 hours away from where it is.
I was told that my car insurance automatically covers any vehicle I purchase for thirty days after the time of purchase.

Is this true?? I just need to get it home safely so I can get everything worked out.

Answer by KizzyNormal insurance coverage gives you a 30 day grace period for adding a vehicle.
