can a 16-year-old with a driving permit buy a car in Florida, or atleast be on the title, and the insurance. If a parent is necessaey to co-sign is there anyway for them to do that without actually being present.
I'm buying cash and my parents are ok with it, they're just not in the state as I'm staying with my aunt, but want it under me or my moms name. Also I have an Adult to acompany me, who is over 21
