Question by : Should marriage licenses be done away with in order to get rid of this gay marriage debate?
There is a difference between a marriage license and a marriage covenant. Leave all things related to marriage up to a private ceremony. Gay marriage covenant does not exists so this is kind of a best of both worlds solution. Though I feel as if I a missing out on a lot of details. Only disadvantage I can think of now is you won't get a discount on car insurance.
