Question by : Is an insurance company allowed to sue you/file a claim against you years later?
Are they allowed to sue you/file a claim against you that you didn't report a young driver in the family years ago? Perhaps two-four years later?
I'm asking because a friend asked me recently, since he got a ticket and will most likely get points for it. However, he's going to be out of state (NY) and will get a car perhaps two years later or so. But when he does get insurance, is the company
