Question by John B: Who's liable to utilities in a car accident in Florida?
My grandpa recently gifted me a car, I hadn't registered the paperwork yet though, and I unfortunately totaled his car by running into a concrete electric pole. I'm just curious, by Florida law, who is liable for the damage to the pole? Or potentially who's insurance is liable, and in turn will now have to pay higher monthly payments?
