Question by : Car my car insurance cover a travel trailer I am wanting to buy, or do I need extra or differnet coverage?
I have full coverage on my vehicle and live in florida, I am paying cash for the travel trailer, so no loan if that helps. thanks

Answer by fire4511The trailer is covered for liability by the coverage of the towing vehicle. but if you want coverage for damage or theft to the trailer, you would need to add that to your policy.
