Question by Shoneé: Is there a temporary driving permit for unregistered cars?
I just bought a car, but the insurance and emission records have expired last month. In order to register the car in my name (in Utah), I need to at least have the emission records up to date by getting it inspected. My coworker was telling me that there is some sort of temporary permit that would allow me to take the car out on the road to the mechanics without getting pulled over/arrested for driving a car with
