Question by : if my car was hit...?
i was driving and i made a complete stop at the stop sign and i proceed after stop i was hit by a young lady who didnt even stop at her stop sign it was a four way stop...i dont have license or insurance but the driver that hit me had no license or insurance either...Is she responsible for half of my damage if i take her to court will i win?
