Question by fusion31003: I hit a rental car and now they sent me a damage claim?
I rear-ended a Budget rental car over a month ago. They were out of state. It was my fault. After exchanging information with the police etc it was over. My car was totaled and i had to pay a crook to get it out of the tow-yard then after some more troubles i finally sold it to a junk yard. I did have Geico insurance but only liability.
