Question by kymeekat69: How do I file a claim against the other persons insurance?
On Friday night at around 7:30 my Daughter was driving to work. While making a left turn at an intersection where there is no stop sign or light, a cop car backed into her passenger side and put a hole in her back passenger door and scratched up the paint. Yes that's right, a cop car. He apparently was on his way to pursue a robber and put his car in reverse to turn around. My daughter was almost through
