Question by Tom S: Question about insurance and accident?
Had a small bumper contact accident in a parking lot. The other vehicle had a very small scratch (SUV), whereas my vehicle a bit more damage to the bumper. By mutual consent, we didn't call cops at the scene. Difficult to say whose fault since both of us were backing out and contacted in the middle. Exchanged names and phone numbers, but no insurance information.
