Question by Philip S: Police stole my car!!!?
I live in Santa Cruz CA. About six weeks ago I decided to get my 89 bronco on the road. A little over a year prior I had transferred the title into a friends name that needed a registered vehicle to insure so he could obtain a SR-22 and get his drivers license reinstated. A short time after this the yearly reg renewal came due and to transfer the title back into my name a smog certification was required. It is a spare car and money was tight so I
