I'm preparing to buy a new car and I'm learning all about this on my own! I have little knowledge of what to look for. I'm a college student so I'm definitely on a budget. I'm looking for low sticker prices, low associated insurance premiums, and minimal operating expenses. Also, I don't want the price of the vehicle to depreciate too quickly so I can trade it in after a few years without overpaying.
