Q&A: where would it be cheaper to get car insurance, philly or South Jersey?

Question by hsingh86: where would it be cheaper to get car insurance, philly or South Jersey?
I am going to start working in Philadelphia and am debating whether to live in philly or south jersey. I am not sure what difference there will be insurance, b/c I know Jersey has high rates, but I expect Philly to be on par
