Question by Rissa: Should I contest my speeding ticket?
I was pulled over yesterday (in Pennsylvania) and the cop says his radar showed that I was doing 85 in a 65 zone. I don't think I was going that fast and was behind other cars in the right lane of the highway when he pulled me over, but I am not sure when he clocked my speed because I did not see the cop car. The total ticket will cost 7 and I am also concerned about my insurance rates increasing since I am a younger driver. I am
