Michigan's CDC program...state pays for childcare requirements?

Question by Monkey: Michigan's CDC program...state pays for childcare requirements?
I'm a single mom of 2 kids (ages 4 & 1). I bring home 05 a month and could really use some help with costs. I read on the website that I make to much to meet their wage requirements but do they factor in expenses? I mean... I spend 0 on rent, 290 on health insurance, 35 for utilities, 216 car insurance, 350 for food, 100 for gas, 922 for childcare, plus phone, cable, etc. I work fulltime 40 hours.
