Question by : Should I be claimed as a dependent?
For 2010, I filed my own taxes since I made ,000 resulting in an angry mother saying she should've been able to claim me, if I hadn't of filed my return (which I got ,000 back for)
Now most people would say, "Let her get your deduction, and get a thousand from it" but they don't know my mother. That would've been wonderful, but that wouldn't have happened. So the only way to get a return was to file myself.
