I just got my car 2 days ago, I signed the back of the previous owners title, (where it
says "buyers signiture here") but haven't gotten the emissions done, or the tag, title
and insurance. So in which order do I do them?

You can't get a tag without passing emissions, but how do I drive the car over to
get the emissions done without having a tag? I don't have a temporary tag
