Question by Lauren W: can a cosigner sell a car that she's not making payments on?
my friend cosigned for my car because of my credit the loan officer put her name first on the loan. for the last year i have made all the car payments and she has not made any. she put the car insurance in her name to get a discount when i bought it but have put my coverage on the car since. she showed up at my door today saying she had sold the car and needed it by thursday. i've made some of my payments late
