Ok im 18 years old. I drive very good but i want my car and license. My mom said that shed like me to take a driving course cause it lowers the insurance. On top of that im trying to get a used car, i got 1,219 dollars now working with my dad. My moms not holding me aginst it but getting it lowered may not be a bad idea.
