My car was hit while parked:

i knew who did it ,the person admitted to his boss,and i actually witnessed the crash when it happened.

i got in contact with the people who hit the car they said they go get estimates we will get it fixed with out the insurance company!(okay fine) i get estimates they say its too expensive they dont have thata kind of money ,so they tell me they will go through
