Question by : Florida car accident laws?
If your rear ended by another car and no one gets a ticket...#1. Why would no one get a ticket, and #2. will I have to pay the damage done to my car or will the other cars insurance pay for my damage?

Answer by StuartIf no one gets a ticket, that means that no one is at fault.

You have to get your own insurance company to fix your car.
