Question by goro666: car insurance is not responsible for the damages. what can I do?
I had an accident one month ago. Somebody hit the car behind me and got away, and pushed that car into my car. I have damages for 00. Now the insurance company of the person who hit my car is not responsible for my damages. Is there anything I can do?
