New Ipad vs. New Macbook?

Question by md49er: New Ipad vs. New Macbook?
Okay, so I've had a job for a while now, and all I have to pay for is my car insurance, so I have some extra money. I bought a powerbook g4 about 6 months, for like 0. I have an 80gb. Ipod classic. So I'm trying to decide whether or not to get a new piece of technology. And If I do get something new, should I get the Ipad 3G+wifi, or a save up longer for a Macbook Pro?
