How it works if you have a car insurance but the vahichle you are driving dose'nt have one?

Question by Roza: How it works if you have a car insurance but the vahichle you are driving dose'nt have one?
Somebody back up and hit my car but his car is not insured however he has car insurance.
I just figur out the guy's insuranc epolicy is not active eighter,what should I do now?
